𓋹 Rewilding the Sacred 𓋹 A Mythic Journey with Isis & Osiris in Egypt 9-Day Eco-Arts Residency & Immersive Retreat in Aswan & Luxor
Step into the living mythos of your ancient soul.
What if the Nile is not only a river, but a living myth of love, loss, and rebirth?
Rooted in the timeless story of Auset (Isis) and Ausar (Osiris)—symbols of cosmic love, loss, and divine re-membering—this residency invites artists, storytellers, movers, and earth-connected visionaries to gather in sacred space and co-create art as ritual, myth as movement, and story as soul medicine.
This is an invitation to think like a river, to compost the old stories of patriarchy, capitalism, and domination, and to root into a mythic cycle of regeneration. Ausar, the vegetal god of the underworld, is not a distant deity but a seasonal rhythm, a relationship: water and soil mixing into fertile loam. His body is the river itself — thinning and thickening, swelling with floods — teaching
us that decay is the ground of renewal. He asks us:
𓋹 How do we plant the seeds for hope and healing?
𓋹 How can we clear the path that leads to our most truthful artistic essence?
Auset, his beloved, shows us that making compost is love-making — that rot, grief, and dissolution can be tender, erotic, and generative. Together they guide us into the alchemy of decay.
Through eco-somatic practices, ritual theatre, sound journeys, movement, and collaborative creation, we will embody this myth as a living art form. Our journey begins in Aswan and culminates in Luxor, where we will share a co-created ritual performance offering — a weaving of story, sound, and movement born from our time together on the land.
This retreat offers an opportunity to connect deeply with the divine forces of creation and transformation within. The story of Auset and Ausar resonates as a powerful symbol of cosmic love and spiritual reunion. It invites us to gather the scattered parts of ourselves, uniting them into wholeness.
